AWARD NOMINATIONS
Nominations for each of the following awards should be submitted by using the appropriate Association Awards Nomination Form below. Download the nomination form, complete and submit via fax, mail or email. MIAC members in good standing are eligible to participate in the nomination process.
- 2011 Retailer of the Year
- 2011 Manufacturer of the Year
- 2011 Distributor of the Year
- 2011 Rep of the Year
- Service to Industry Award
Closing Deadline For Entries
Entries should be submitted no later than Friday, April 27, 2012.
Nominations for the 2011 Association Awards must be received by the submission deadline indicated above. Nomination materials are best submitted collectively in a single packet, although submission of separate pieces is permitted. Award winners will be notified by email and the awards will be presented at the Annual MIAC Trade Show scheduled to take place May 13-14, 2012.
