ABOUT THE MIAC EXCELLENCE AWARDS
The Music Industries Association of Canada presents the MIAC Excellence Awards (MEA) to celebrate institutional excellence, individual achievements, and contributions to the Canadian music products market and music making
The awards program is designed to recognize:
Extraordinary accomplishments and contributions of member institutions and individuals identified through peer nomination and selection process.
Award winners who demonstrate high standards of professional practice and/or personal achievement. Award winners who demonstrate high standards of professional practice and/or personal achievement.
Who Is Eligable
The awards are open to manufacturers, distributors, retailers and industry personnel. This is your chance to recognize an institution or individual who has forged new ground within the Canadian music products industry. (Self nominations are encouraged).
Behind The Awards
Winners are formally saluted at a special awards presentation ceremony receiving distinctive MEA plaques commemorating their achievements, and will be recognized in issues of MIAC Newsletters, website and industry trade magazines.
Details on the 2012 awards presentation will be announced at a later date.
