Exhibit Space Regulations
Space is sold on a first come, first served basis in 10’x10’ (100 square feet) increments. The cost per square foot for the 2012 show is $20.95 CDN per square foot plus HST. Click here to view the floor plan.
All exhibitors must be members of MIAC, with annual dues paid in full. (MIAC memberships are valid for one calendar year and expire December 31st). Click here to learn more about membership.
Incubator Discount Program
The Music Industries Association of Canada is proud to support new and emergent product manufacturers and distributors. The incubator program is designed to make exhibiting more affordable for startup companies. Companies that have been in business for 18 months or less and are first time exhibitors in the show qualify for our Incubator Program and will recieve a $500 discount on booth space.
Industry Partners
To apply for participation as an Industry Partner exhibitor simply complete and return the INDUSTRY PARTNER APPLICATION no later than March 19, 2012. Click here to download a PDF version of the application form.
Once your application is received, reviewed and processed you will receive a booth confirmation letter. This confirmation letter contains your booth number as well as important show information, please print and retain for your records.
