MONTREAL MIAC/PAL EXPRESS
The Music Industries Association of Canada is proud to support our retailers and dealers. That is why we offer members in good standing* the opportunity to travel from Montreal to the MIAC Tradeshow free of charge. MIAC members & dealers can bring one other company employees free of charge. Individuals not employed by member companies are welcome, however, they will be charged $100 per seat.
Seat Reservation
Due to the overwhelming demand for this popular service reservations are required to secure your seat(s) on the MIAC bus. In order to make seat reservations, Dealers are required to provide a credit card number or submit a deposit cheque in the amount of $100 per seat to the MIAC office before April 15, 2012. Reserved seats may be cancelled on or before April 15th without penalty. However, all cancellations after April 15th and "no-shows" with a confirmed seat will be charged $100 per seat.
Route Details
The Montreal MIAC express service consists of one chartered luxury-coach.
Departure for Toronto - Saturday, May 12th 2012
The bus will depart SF Marketing in Dorval, boarding begins at 10:30 am, departure at 11:30 am. For directions to SF Marketing, Click Here.
Return - Monday, May 14th 2012
MIAC Montreal Express Bus will depart directly from the International Centre. The Montreal Express Bus will be located outside of Hall 1 of the International Centre, 6900 Airport Road. All passengers should bring their luggage to the tradeshow after checking out of their hotel Monday morning. Luggage can be temporarily stored in the Show Office located in the Ontario Room of Hall 1.
Boarding will begin at 3:00 pm, departure at 3:30 pm, arriving in Dorval at approximately 10:00 pm.

*A member in good standing must have submitted their dues in a timely fashion over the course of their membership. Dues for the current year must be received no later than March 31, 2012 if the member is to qualify.
